Free Shipping Offer Terms:

This offer applies to online orders over $200 with delivery to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Free UPS Ground shipping excludes weekends and does not include shipping costs, taxes, or fees. Orders must exceed $200 before these additional charges to qualify. If an order’s total drops below $200 due to cancellations, shipping fees will apply.

We cannot switch between using your Freight Collect account and FM Expressions’ account for shipping. Turnaround times are based on business days and assume artwork is free of issues. Our daily cutoff time for orders is 3PM ET, Monday through Friday.

Turnaround times and shipping estimations are based on "normal quantity orders." Occasionally, larger quantity orders may be subject to an additional turnaround time, depending on the size and quantity requested. Customer Support will contact you if your order is determined to be above a "normal quantity" and give you an updated shipping date.

We can ship internationally around the world. We offer UPS and FedEx international shipping methods. *Please note - FedEx is only available if you have a FedEx Freight Collect Account. You would need to provide the FedEx Freight Collect number to us so your account can be updated if you would like to ship on a FedEx Account.
The UPS shipping prices will be available for viewing once you place an order in your online shopping cart. The approximate transit times are as follows:

UPS Worldwide Express - 1 to 3 Business Days
UPS Worldwide Saver - 1 to 3 Business Days
UPS Worldwide Expedited - 2 to 5 Business Days

*FedEx International Priority - 1 to 3 Business Days (Freight Collect Account Required)

Orders ship from our Gordonsville, Virginia 22942 address by UPS. All listed delivery times are based on delivery times provided to us by the shipping carrier. We will not accept any liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or for issues beyond our control.
